Nussecken

Kleine, aber feine Nussecken

Mein Liebster hat mich genötigt noch heute das Rezept von diesen leckeren Nussecken zu schreiben.

Also folge ich seinem Wunsch und hoffe das Ihr sie genau so lecker findet wie wir.

Am Freitag komme ich ins Gespräch mit meiner netten Kundin Frau Sch. über Nussecken und deren Qualität.

Beim Bäcker nebenan schmecken sie sehr lecker, aber sie sind immer so schnell weg gegessen. Da erwähne ich, dass ich sie gerne selber backen würde, aber kein passendes Rezept hätte.

Und was sagt meine liebe Frau Sch.?

Ich habe da Eines für sie.

 

Am Nachmittag kam sie schnell vorbei und ich war im Besitz eines tollen Nusseckenrezeptes.

Also fühlte ich mich fast genötigt es am Samstag auszuprobieren.

Und was soll ich Euch sagen?

Sie machen nicht annähernd so viel Arbeit wie ich dachte und sind um so vieles leckerer als die vom Bäcker.

Ist ja auch klar, hab ja auch ich gemacht.

 

Probiert es aus und Ihr werdet erfreut sein wie köstlich sie sind.

 

Ihr braucht an Zutaten:

Für den Boden:

130 g Butter

150 g Zucker

2      Eier

350 g Mehl

1 Tl Backpulver

Aprikosenmarmelade


Für den Belag:

200 g Butter

200 g Zucker

2 Päckchen Vanillezucker

4 Eßl Wasser

200 g Haselnüsse gehackt

200 g Haselnüsse gemahlen

Schokoladenglasur

 

Zubereitung:

1.Den Backofen auf 180 Grad Umluft vorheizen.

Aus den Zutaten für den Boden einen Knetteig herstellen und in den Kühlschrank stellen.

2. Für den Belag Butter, Zucker, Vanillezucker und Wasser in einen Kochtopf geben und kurz aufkochen lassen, von der Kochstelle nehmen und die Haselnüsse unterziehen, etwas abkühlen lassen.

3. Den Knetteig auf das eingefettete oder mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backblech gleichmäßig ausrollen und dünn mit Aprikosenmarmelade bestreichen. Darauf gleichmäßig die Masse verteilen und glatt streichen.

4. Nach dem Backen sofort die Nussecken in beliebig große oder kleine Ecken schneiden und auf einem Kuchengitter erkalten lassen. Dann die Ecken mit Schokoladenguß überziehen.
